Faith is woven into our classroom experiences through both planned and spontaneous prayer. Children are reminded daily that God loves us, and because of that love, we are called to love and care for one another. Prayers of gratitude, compassion, and friendship are natural and frequent parts of the school day. Throughout our school, you will see symbols and sacramentals that affirm our Catholic tradition. Images of Jesus, His Mother Mary, and many of His Helpers, the Saints, can be found in classrooms, books, statues, and artwork.
Our faith formation includes prayer services, monthly Chapel visits (EC3 & EC4) and weekly time in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) Atria. These faith experiences help children grow in their understanding and love of God in age-appropriate, hands-on, and reflective ways. Additionally, our staff is committed to their own faith development, praying together, attending spiritual formation opportunities, and small group studies so they can guide students with depth, joy, and authenticity on their own faith journeys.
Service is an important expression of our faith. To share the blessings God has given us, we participate in a variety of service projects throughout the year. These include a Blessing Bag Drive for the Homeless Ministry, the Lifeline Ministries Food Drive, a donation drive for Fluff Animal Rescue as we learn about the Feast of Saint Francis, and making cards for the homebound members of our parish each month. We also take part in service opportunities that support our school, parish, diocesan, and broader community.

Families are invited to participate in prayer services and children are encouraged to attend the 9:00 a.m. Sunday Mass. In addition, families receive invitations to events hosted by St. Jerome Parish and neighboring churches, creating opportunities for connection and community beyond the classroom.
