Enrollment

Enrollment is facilitated through personalized tours, which potential students must attend.
We offer tours daily from 9:30 to 10:30 am. If these times are not convenient for you, please let us know, and we will do our best to arrange an alternative.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to meet our teachers, observe our classrooms in action, and receive comprehensive information about our program, including the application form.

To complete the application process, the following steps and documents are required:
1. Complete a tour of our program with potential student(s).
2. Submit the Application for Admission form along with the required documents:
a. Florida Certificate of Immunization (DH680)
b. Current Health Exam (DH3040)
c. Original Birth Certificate (a copy will be made in the office)

Due at the time of enrollment:
-EC2, EC3, EC4 (Non-VPK) Program: $200 Application/Supply/Student Insurance Fee (non-refundable).
-VPK Program: The VPK enrollment process is not complete until the school receives the Certificate of Eligibility and the signed St. Jerome ECC VPK Parent Agreement/Attendance Policy.

*Catholic schools in the Diocese of St. Petersburg do not recognize religious or conscience objections to the immunization requirement. However, properly documented medical exemptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All medical exemption forms are sent to the Superintendent of Catholic Schools for approval prior to the student's acceptance into the Catholic school.
